Beanzo is a farmer engagement start-up founded in 2019 by F&B Industry veterans and local farmers with mission to produce ‘fine Cocoa’ based at West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, which has abundant Cocoa plantations. The idea is to partner with Cocoa farmers making it the one of the finest Cocoa processors in India

Beanzo is started with a vision to produce high Quality Cocoa or Fine Cocoa primarily used in premium Chocolates. Even after 60 years of Cocoa production India, most of chocolate manufacturers import ‘Fine Quality Cocoa’ from European countries. Beanzo sees an opportunity to fill this vacuum with potential to export to various countries.

We source carefully selected wet beans from nearby farmers who are trained by us to select quality pods and beans. Each batch of Cocoa beans are fermented hygienically in Mahaghani wooden boxes under strict Quality control measure to ensure consistent Quality and Unique flavour.

All processes are done in hygienically designed areas including drying areas and Staging areas to ensure beans are free from any cross contaminations. Trained workforce ensures utmost hygiene during entire fermentation and drying process. Dry beans are stored in GrainPro bags after 45 days of ageing in Jute bags. All necessary in-process quality control measures have been taken during Fermentation and drying process to ensure desired quality end product
